Please do not come in if:
- You have come in contact with a person with a lab-confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
- You have a fever of 100.4 or above.
- You have a cough, trouble breathing, or a sore throat.
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be screened for COVID-19 at the reception desk.
If at all possible, come to the clinic alone. If you need to bring someone with you, we will also be screening them for COVID-19.

Online appointment scheduling is available for pregnancy testing appointments only. An ultrasound appointment may be scheduled following this appointment. The nurse will determine if you qualify for an ultrasound exam.
All services are provided at no cost to you. No insurance is required. Please plan one hour for your appointment and bring a valid photo ID. If you do not have a photo ID, the receptionist will take a photo of you.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are experiencing any bleeding, cramping or other physical discomfort that concerns you, DO NOT wait for your appointment. We do not provide urgent care. Instead, seek immediate medical attention and do not hesitate to contact your physician, visit the ER or call 911 in emergency situations.
