- You have come in contact with a person with a lab-confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
- You have a fever of 100 or above.
- You have a cough, trouble breathing, or a sore throat.
We will be taking your temperature and asking you the screening questions above upon arrival for your appointment. Please note that masks are still required in healthcare settings.
We ask that you limit the number of people you bring with you as we can only accommodate one guest in the consultation room. Your guests will also be screened for COVID-19. Thank you for your cooperation.

Online appointment scheduling is available for pregnancy testing appointments only. An ultrasound appointment may be scheduled following this appointment. The nurse will determine if you qualify for an ultrasound exam.
All services are provided at no cost to you. No insurance is required. Please plan one hour for your appointment and bring a valid photo ID. If you do not have a photo ID, the receptionist will take a photo of you.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are experiencing any bleeding, cramping or other physical discomfort that concerns you, DO NOT wait for your appointment. We do not provide urgent care. Instead, seek immediate medical attention and do not hesitate to contact your physician, visit the ER or call 911 in emergency situations.
